These terms apply to all orders placed via www.amfibido.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Products

We sell a physical card game ("Amfibido"). We aim to describe our products as accurately as possible. Minor variations (e.g. colors, packaging) may occur.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in EUR and include VAT (where applicable).
• Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
• Payment must be completed before shipment.
• Accepted payment methods: iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, and other methods available at checkout.

5. Orders & Contract

A purchase agreement is formed once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of errors or suspected fraud.

6. Delivery

We currently ship within the European Union only. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Conditions:

• The product must be unused and in original condition
• You must notify us via email: ron@amfibido.com

Return shipping:

Customer pays return shipping costs.

Refunds:

Processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item.

8. Warranty & Defects

We comply with EU legal warranty requirements.

If your product is defective or incomplete (e.g. missing cards), please contact us at ron@amfibido.com within 14 days of receiving the product.

We will:

• Replace the product, or
• Offer a refund if replacement is not possible

For defective products, we cover return shipping costs.

9. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product.

All content on this website, including the Amfibido game, artwork, and branding, is owned by Roca Games and may not be copied or used without permission.
